In order to track your shipment you'll need your unique tracking ID number (may be called consignment, booking or receipt number depending on your location).
We make some components to order so when your order comes in we go into making mode, then pack as soon as we have all parts ready. Because we launched so recently the process is taking 2-3 weeks but we are definitely endeavoring to make this lead time even shorter and will definitely keep you in the loop.
Once we make and pack, your product is ready for shipping. We use a network of carriers via our freight service Temando to ensure you get the best rates depending on your location. When you order from us you will get an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation will contain tracking information about your order so you are alerted it’s on its way.
