We want you to be happy so we’ve created a 90 day return policy.
We want you to feel confident and happy to buy from us so we will accept our product back if you aren't happy for any reason. We will issue you a refund upon receipt of the product you wish to return. There are conditions surrounding this, the important of which is that it must be sent back to us in the brand new condition that left our warehouse, with no defects or signs of use. We know you lead a busy life so you have 90 days to get it back to us!
To activate a return please email us at email@example.com. We will take you through our returns process in detail from there. You will be issued with a 'Return Merchant Authorisation' form which you will need to email back to us signed, detailing out the items returned and your invoice number. If you have an account with us the process can move a lot faster as we would have your details saved.
If your return is due to a defect, please send us an email within 14 days of receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org. We need your order number, name, best contact number, a photo of the damage and a detailed description of the issue. Please read our terms and conditions policy for the process of damaged product. We will remake the damaged part and send it back to you free of charge. You will need to ensure that the item is sent in its original condition and packaging – we cannot accept items that have been used or soiled further.
We want you to be happy so if you aren't 100% satisfied we'll do our best to make it up to you.
Items bought on sale or that have been specially made for you are not returnable. Please choose carefully!
